Diasec already provides an UV filter. Its UV rating varies from 90% to close 99% (depending on the diasec type).

Very much doubt they’ve sold all 800.
I would imagine it would be a couple of hundred.
The whole process is painful - I hope other galleries and publishers don’t adopt their tedious release methods.

It's quite a clever selling method really, creating a sense that you're one of the lucky chosen few.
800 to sell, so wait until you have 800 buyers then announce all emails have gone out and they sold "instantly"... rather than sitting on a webpage for 2 weeks and buyers assuming they must be unpopular, so changing their mind!

The employees seemed to be top secret FFS ?? I don't see the point of expecting an update from Tate earlier than Friday, and I doubt they will get through all notifications in one day either. Hounding them isn't going to expedite the process. You're not seriously suggesting the delay in production is down to phone calls whether hounding or passive ?? Its not a one man band doing these Richters and Hirsts you know ?? Or maybe you didn't know judging by your retort ??

In the real world it’s possible to deal with people and hit deadlines, I know I have to or I’d lose my job.
I’ve dealt with numerous galleries through my years who have a jumped self importance and an unwillingness to adhere to customer service... it’s funny how in time many of those seem to disappear ...
(All my dealings with Heni have been awful)
