If you want great customer service, shop at Maddox Gallery. Everything there is overpriced, but the service is fantastic because they have little to no demand for what they have in their stockroom.
Maybe people need to stop hounding them and taking up their time? In the real world it’s possible to deal with people and hit deadlines, I know I have to or I’d lose my job. I’ve dealt with numerous galleries through my years who have a jumped self importance and an unwillingness to adhere to customer service... it’s funny how in time many of those seem to disappear ... (All my dealings with Heni have been awful)

Hoping that they can bundle into the delivery from H4 too... would be better that 3 separate / individual prices I may be wrong, but I doubt these will deliver in September. I suspect a two month lead time like H4. So I would suspect a November or December delivery date. And I don't think they will want to hold onto H4 stock for that long. |

Yeah that sounds more likely, a small part of my believes they were all amde at the same time and are all ready to rock... but probably not!

It wasn’t to chase them up production wise it was a legitimate response to a promise made by them last Monday ...Nothing more nothing else... and before you ask I’ll ptobsbly miss out on the other 5 i indicated to buy..

As an aside, I have been a Tate member for many years now and I have always found them helpful and informative. The criticism lies at the feet of Heni not Tate.

Remember EU law states you can ask for a refund if you change your mind after paying within 14 days.

So you guys know, in the EU that’s 14 days after receiving the goods, not payment.

Prehaps .... but do remember that your invoice reference number is that of your allocated edition number. So yes you do need to have it all in place before Tate send out the invoice. Whilst Heni have accommodated me previously that still doesn’t mean I can’t call them out for crap service? In fact it’s because I have had a reasonable amount of dealing with Heni that I am entitled to dig them out based on our history??

So will these pop up in price or lag behind Hirst traditional spot prints? Any thoughts?

Right now, they are seen as derivative Spot Paintings, so my expectations in their performance (Colour Space paintings and prints) in the market are low.
