Fingers crossed though

Hey don’t shoot the messenger .... here’s the number for the Tate distribution team in Dagenham 020 8597 8897 .... Speakk to them and they’ll confirm they are hoping to get into the warehouse today to see the state of the H5’s and what needs to be done ...... Fedex are not in receipt of a single H5 as of yet.

I'm not 'shooting the messenger' but I find it very odd that Tate distribution maintain they have not packaged them yet when I have received a tracking number already. Surely the tracking number will appear on the packaging, not the print itself, even if Fedex have not taken receipt of it yet.

Honestly, everything they’re saying in regards to shipping points towards them wanting you to spend as much as possible. I wouldn’t be surprised that if it came damaged, the insurance would cover the damages or Heni would replace it.
