The really small spots and darker prints I asked them to reallocate. I think when faced with the uncertainty and the large number of prints people opted for their first choice. The waiting list for Claridges, Raffles and Camino Real on the event evening was chocca. sorry to ask, but what‘s the meaning of chocca?

Everything is speculation for the coming months. There's nothing to say he won't release one more edition before the year is up- which would change the equation again. I'm glad I got offered any at all, the event was like black Friday at Argos.

Zzzz I get your point, I didn't mean it like that. 880 prints (basically the same) printed to order the thing is a farce really. Everything is speculation for the coming months. Interesting that you say this as these recent pictures posted have had the opposite effect on me, I had been looking to pick up a H4 but no longer especially at a secondary market price.

I’m also looking to purchase more h4 prints but I agree the prices are a bit high.

I would agree with this. but I feel this is due to the application process Damien used on the H4 over the H5...in short a different process altogether in terms of painting style and one lends itself better to being a diasec (H4) rather than H5 being poorly applied to a diasec.
I prefer the H4 series. H5 is a little too generic for me but that's not saying they're not great images....I do wish the H4s were a little smaller though.

It looks like a painting underneath glass. |

If I didn't know better I would've said that they were original paintings. The blobs of paint really look as if they are raised up from the surface. You don't get that with the H5s.
