anyway I can’t believe that it’s the same guy that made Napoleon ...
Some rats too have been very quickly made look, grey is out of line. Sloppy or drunk with champagne ?

Agree with others, covering things on the street in plastic ruins it for me, whichever artist did these I am sure he did/she did not intend them to be covered up.
As for the quality of a number of them, they are very poor, either they are not by Banksy or he sure was in a rush (or drunk  )

TBH not sure if this rat was stolen.
All 3 rats on Champagne/Fireworks have moved or changed between Sunday and Monday.
Sure there is one missing as seen in the picture, but there is a slightly different rat that was done two meters below, more in the axis of the stairs.
Same for the two other pieces :
- the 2nd champagne rat went backwards closer to the bottle, and it's not the exact same stencil neither (if you look closer the stencils used look the same before/after for both champagne rats)
- and the one behind the Centre Pompidou Beaubourg Panel it was like the case 2 of a comic strip with the first igniting the fireworks and the 2nd one ready to take-off.
Looks like it was staged this way...thoughts ?

My insight is that's nonsense. Not necessarily that they weren't reworked. But to think it was mysterious and by banksy and no one saw is quite a tale.

They need to start sending people to prison for stealing these, as it is theft. How are people still allowed to steal these and then sell them. People who own these buildings need to start reporting them stolen and make sure 100% that the police follow up on the theft.
