That said, I imagine that there are members on here that have been in the right place at the right time and made an amazing pick up. I further imagine that there's a newish member who managed to buy 4 Banksys and maybe some other random Rembrandt pieces etc. at the boot sale just down the road. But that's me just being old and cynical

In 15 years the prints are worth £80k that leads to a rift between the couple and eventually to a divorce. That would be "old and cynical" |

The couple could have gone to Church for a quick 1-2-3 marriage and started off their marriage with some incredible banksy art hung proudly on their walls (or tucked away- and stored carefully- hidden from the light in a cool climate regulated room in their home)

Yeah it was signed off by pest control according to the article.. but condition could have been the issue considering it was from a Car boot sale! Applause is one on my list having seen it in the flesh now
