That may be true, but I don't see any listings on ebay for the color signed at the moment. The last three up all sold for at least 4 times the original price. There haven't been any listings for the B&W signed yet. There are some for the B&W unsigned, but perhaps some people are waiting to see whether more of those are dropped.
Or maybe, the B&W unsigned really is the runt of the litter.

There are more important things in life and for the sort of money the signed prints are being flipped for you can get some very nice originals from other artists

This happened with the Micallef LA prints a month ago. Initially a few sets sold for good money and then the bay got flooded with them. It will happen here too with the Trolley's as it is such a huge edition. You can tell what these people are about because they haven't even seen the prints yet.

Agreed, you must take into account that even though anyone would take a morons, sentiment for it fell far shorter than many of his other images.
Before morons was applause, and although many (including myself) would consider it more appealing to the masses of collectors than a morons, the appreciation for trolleys is far greater than either morons or applause.
Market price however, is always a bit squirrelly to predict. The supply side of the equation is simple as it is written on every print. It's far more difficult to extrapolate an accurate prediction of demand from your own feelings for an image and also accurately gage the collective appreciation of other collectors.
As far as I can tell, trolleys is easily an instant classic. Demand for it will rocket; and even though my money sense wanted me to get a signed b/w, the collector in me is happy that I was able to grab a 4 color instead.

But still, I think Trolleys colourway is at least as valuable as a Sepia. A few think Morons is the greatest print ever. But most don't really. I like the message but really don't like the print. Especially in poop brown. I really don't think people are going to want to pay more for a Sepia all of a sudden just because the Trolleys release is larger. The prices are low on it because people haven't been that into that image. And that's not going to change because of this. At least I don't think so. But I might be wrong. (No offense to Sepia owners)

I don't think it's a fact that 40% are bought by flippers.
I'm sure other people know better than me, but i'd say usually 10-15% are sold in the first 6 months.
I think this is more of a keeper than some other recent ones though.
