High Up - Framed, by robalb on Aug 9, 2018 17:13:53 GMT 1, I have just framed High Up.
This is a budget frame with non reflective acrylic glass made by a โweb onlyโ based company. The mount colour is referred to as cinder (brown).
I think it works well, though I will swap out the glass soon since iโm not a fan of the acrylic which appears to have a matt finish and is not very clear! In part, I cut corners to get the print out itโs tube and keep flat.

High Up - Framed, by Deleted on Oct 12, 2018 18:27:35 GMT 1, Nice job Robalb; would you recommend the web-based framers?
Think most of have prints but are put off framing them all due to costs so please let us know your experience - good and bad..

High Up - Framed, by robalb on Oct 19, 2018 19:59:51 GMT 1, I had a good experience with the online framers.
The site I used asked for the print dimensions and then cut the mount so it overlapped the print by 3mm or so on all sides. You can even upload a photo of your print to their website and it will position it in the frame and mount of your choice to give an impression how it will look.
With regards to the frame the mitre joints were actually better than my local framers!
I have since deleted the email but I think I used frames.co.uk
I would deffinately use again.
