Regardless, its kind ofs**tty.
Also, out of curiosity, had a look on google maps, in 2017 there was no apparent sign at that location so my guess would be he painted the sign elsewhere, then popped it up there, would save with the hassle of anyone noticing him, slightly less than with spraypaint. Also, the most interesting thing is the ice cream van is parked in almost the exact same place
