Faile • Dog Prints, All Editions , by daveart on Mar 29, 2017 14:22:25 GMT 1, If it can be restored to 100% .. i think you are good to go on price and claim the restoration cost to insurance.. if it cant be restored to 100% then its just a matter of what someone will pay. if a new collector doesnt have $3K to spend on a pristine one ..but loves the image .. what would they pay to have one that has a few creases.. half ? depends on where the creases are.. how apparent they are .etc.

Troll thru the Faile forum and pm anyone that seems to have posted more than a few times on Faile info.
That is a pretty heavy crease but a good restorer could get that alt least 95% good. It might have to be in the press for 6mths but it will happen..

I think many people on here could give the print an accurate valuation.
I'd value the print broadly between £1100, and £1600 but I would think damage of such as I can see here would halve that figure.

Probably also a bit regretful for selling my Dog in the past :/ It seems as though the Black Light edition didn't really affect the value of these then, which I think was a concern mentioned when it was released.
