Purchased direct and framed straight away (I would have to take it out of the frame to inspect it properly). Still have the PayPal receipt from purchase.
Edition of 14.
Acrylic & silkscreen on paper with hand finished coffee stains, splatters etc.
18 x 24 inches.

I have seen prints with framing material on the back where the hinges were cut rather than removed - as long as it is framing material it doesnt pose any danger to the quality of the print.. and if it really bothered you i am sure a person that knew what they were doing could wet them and get them off for $50 or something. if it really is a masking tape or non archival tape. eh. still very little risk to the impression i would think any time in our lives.

I don't own one and would jump at that one if I'd had the money. I am fussy but as quinnster said these so rarely come up and one of failes most iconic images. Indeed one can be fussy but that will make their chances of ever getting one even slimmer.
