I'm not bothered what the back of my prints look like... If I had not brought two Micallefs in the last couple of weeks I would have been all over this. Couple of Micallefs hey?

I don't own one and would jump at that one if I'd had the money. I am fussy but as quinnster said these so rarely come up and one of failes most iconic images. Indeed one can be fussy but that will make their chances of ever getting one even slimmer.
agreed, I don't own one either. The price was reasonable and this is the iconic Faile image. Who knows if you ever have op to buy again.

Everyone, after seeing the back of the Monster Dog I contacted the French seller about the Red Dog condition and they said:
"yes I just watched, I stuck it with double-sided tape, on some sides. But it must be able to be removed, but I do not touch for fear of damaging it. I know that this type of tape is removed by heating."
Likely learned their lesson after butchering the Monster Dog.
Buyer beware, because the description and photo omit this issue.

I would still buy that monster dog .. at a lower price. it is what it is and they are not making any more. but the price is just pretty high given the tape in my humble opinion. time will tell.........

If you are in the Midwest and want to make the drive over --- The Des Moines Arts Festival is this weekend and there will be a lot to see and do.ย If you make it to the show tonight (Thursday) there is free beer while it lasts and music through the opening. Good luck with the show, sounds great!
