I don't buy art to sell it but I do have to take into consideration when spending that kind of money on anything if it will maintain its value. I'm not in the luxury position not to. Its much easier to spend 3k on a Hirst H4 knowing that if I really have to sell it I could get my money back than spend half the amount on something that could be difficult to recoup. That's the only reason I'm not sure yet because I do like the piece but its a lot of money and I'm not sure how well it will keep its value when its an open timed edition.
Agree with this. Many of us are not in the position where we can buy without consideration of the cost and potential resale value.
Like many, my collection has changed over the years and by buying pieces carefully, considering all factors, allows you to do this.
After all you donโt buy a new car to sell but you do consider resale values.
Itโs a no from me. Itโs too expensive and a bit weak.
Plus it will collect dust.
Another thing, for someone who champions clean oceans, he doesnโt half like his packaging materials.

Give it a couple of months, when the fanboys have finally offloaded their handfinished prints and originals privately without Max knowing (and quite a few are doing the rounds), then you will see where this piece will end up.

- The Love Letter is quite boring, I don't see the deep poetry other people see in a guy walking on a rope
- Vhils laser engraved bricks are nice (without being extraordinary), but 10K ?!?!
- Mr. Andre releases a pink marble dice for 300 EUR...
- Christian Walter is ignoring my mails for the International print, and it's not cheap either
- I had no chance against the bots for the Supreme box logo today
FML. I'm paypal ready, just waiting for the first release that is not shamelessly trying to milk me
