Pejac - Love Letter, by noirrion on Feb 6, 2019 15:29:14 GMT 1, I still don't understand the hype about this item. Can't find anything interesting enough to wish to have this on my walls for that price. Must have a bad taste

Pejac - Love Letter, by pada1 on Feb 6, 2019 15:29:32 GMT 1, My suggestion: don't overthink it. Just put the envelop in an open frame. It shouldn't cost too much to do so and you will truly enjoy it without glass in between you and "Love"

Pejac - Love Letter, by GMA on Feb 6, 2019 15:30:11 GMT 1, I've been thinking about it myself, I'm probably repeating myself but isn't there a way to have a custom frame on a hinge? So you open it up, flip the envelope when you want, and close it again? Yes, sure this is possible, but this means to throw the stencilled box? or just to display it separated? I hadn't really intended to display the stencilled box with the envelope. I might display the stencil separately. But the envelope needs thinking.

Pejac - Love Letter, by Graham H on Feb 6, 2019 15:48:28 GMT 1, All this worry about how to frame it, should the box be framed, what if I want to see both sides..
Im glad I didnt bother getting one now.. Ive got more than enough worries and decisions to make on a daily basis.. this should have bought joy and happiness rather than head scratching..
Id prefer to open, hang then enjoy rather than have to stress about my art..

Pejac - Love Letter, by pada1 on Feb 6, 2019 16:02:22 GMT 1, Or 2 pieces of transparent acrylic on boh size, with magnetic powder so the envelop levitates in between. Totally archival standard and show both sides in a futurist fashion.
Or the way Pejac framed it.

Pejac - Love Letter, by Riotcops on Feb 6, 2019 16:32:05 GMT 1, Because I was afraid that only the last pieces included the stencil birds (the ones sold after the custom stencil was announced). If that was the case I had to decide if I returned the piece or not. So you bought it only for the stencil?

He couldnโt have bought it for that reason because he said he bought prior to pejac announcing it.

I was thinking something like this:

I had the same thought with using glass or acrylic to slide in and enclose it. I havenโt seen the box in person, but would it be possible to remove the bottom of the box without damaging it? If so replace bottom with the top and have the birds facing inwards, and store the old bottom for safe keeping. Would achieve the same effect as you were thinking but since cutting isnโt required it would be completely reversible.

Box was in perfect condition despite the slightly comical single layer of bubble wrap. Flight Logistics delivered mine which was a relief as they've never let me down.

Pejac - Love Letter, by cutiehoney on Feb 7, 2019 14:08:25 GMT 1, Congratulations to all those who made a purchase to keep and display in their home/office. I'm sure you won't be disappointed. It is so refreshing to see an artist that puts his heart and soul into his work... and its presentation. The thought process, care and attention to detail...by Pejac's own hands... is novel in this day and age of repetitive imagery and mass production. I quite like the cleaness of the original plain magnetic backboard presentation... but the printed crates are a bonus and another example of Pejac still thinking, enhancing, and wanting to give a little more to his collectors.
