Picked my up from FedEx this am. Bubble Wrap Fail. See pics attached. I promptly emailed Max about it and figured I would share his quick and curt response for those members with similar issues.  Thanks for the email. I’m glad to hear your Love Letter has safely arrived. I’m sorry that you are disappointed on the box damage but you need to understand that, in certain degree, this is expected to happen during artwork transit. The very box is meant to protect the artwork inside, it’s not part of the artwork. The bubblewrap layer was a very last moment addition because we (as you) found the whole packing to be very good looking and we wanted to give it something to do at least some packing protection. We hope you can understand that we can not replace your wooden box because of this. Wishing you all the best and thanks again for your kind support, Max
