Excellant painting. It's as urban Bankyified as one can get. That portrait image photo of Banksy if that is indeed him has been online for quite a few years now and also someone put it on a postage stamp type print a few years ago.

Now with the Met police and probably other ones in other cities and countries installing the latest facial recognition spy cameras in public places and airports and points of entry etc could be that Big Brother is watching Banksy?

Thank you for the kind note. I appreciate it. Actually, I have rather enjoyed all of the comments here, even from the childish schoolboys and their Freudian predilection to masterbatory references. Most likely they are virgins who have difficulty speaking to women or maybe I just don’t know what their problem is, but I’m guessing it’s hard to pronounce. I find it all amusing.
With that in mind, yes, I can assure you the government knows exactly who Rob is and what he looks like. They can track you from a mile away through surveillance and tracking of electronics and the amount of cameras that are all around. They can hack into your laptops or cellphones and then look through the camera and hear through the microphone remotely. I was in the military, in communications. One fun game we did when I was in training in California on base when there was down time was to adjust spectrometers that pick up radio waves to the frequency range of cell phones, (they are really just high freq radios) and then listen in on conversations. It’s really easy if you have the right equipment and know what you are doing.. So believe you me, they know who he is, and what he looks like, and know where he has been and when he was there.
I can assure forum members though he is not 3D. He is not a group of artists (but Rob does have a group of co-conspirators who act as assistants). He is not Del Naja (but they are good mates) and there is a small circle of artists and friends who know who he is and have worked with him often. The work in LA and during his summer residency in New York City would not have been possible without their assistance..
I think Americans or people here in the States are not as protective as in GB. Thus my ability to have confirmation, and even have it compared to recent, personal photos that have not been censored or released to the general public. Hell Terry has hours and hours of uncensored and unedited recordings of him from way back when...no one can be that naive to think nothing has found its way out..

So with that said, there are many associates, current and former, who have corroborated my portrait in the US. Some are very well known artists. They joke about his ever farther receding hairline, Ben Franklin eyeglasses and hooked nose...got to love the earring too, although he has been seen without it recently.

Thank you. He will be remembered as the Picasso of our generation. And I am so happy to have followed it before it became “Cause célèbre”.
