Please provide your licence. You've been asked 3 times now. You've been given the opportunity. You've avoided key questions like how much exactly your analysis estimates the values to be. Buyers would like to know if they can enrol their kids at Oxford, or only have enough money enrol in an online course.
Qspm is used in strategy evaluation not forecasting. Why did you provide something so irrelevant? It's also spelt quantitative, not 'quantative' like your search.
And to give buyer's a peace of mind, what were the variables in your quantitative analysis? Since you already have the projections, you shouldn't have any problem answering the last part. You know you want to contribute to this forum in a positive way, here's your chance.

All i said was stop bumping this thread. He then made a comment about me.
"In hindsight perhaps I should have waited a week and posted 1000 times on 1000 threads offering a lot less to the debate or done a giveaway on £1.99 postcard to earn respect from my peers who clearly have a far more interesting and rewarding lifestyle then me"
Then i answered him, whats the harm in that? Why should i not participate in the thread?
I post threads and comments about art most of the time.

There certainly is a distinct high level of hypocrisy on this site. I like how Irl1 felt again the need to justify himself, when earlier I made it clear that I was not referring to him in anyway shape or form. The boy doth protest too much, methinks.

Did I get a fake or are the all this way?

As they're ornamental plates and you want them displayed, I think they need to be treated as such, so perhaps just frame them the traditional way with those grip hooks around the edges and then hung on a wall. Although if you have children around they probably won't last too long that way.

Exactly what I'm going to do! White size one plate hangers should do the trick
