If you want to buy, some artists may let you in their studios so don't hesitate to dm them directly via ig or ask the guys at bogota graffiti tours they have the contacts too. But id say wait till you do the tour before deciding on the works to buy as they ll explain the significance of some of their work with the proper socio-economic climate of Colombia's civil war

Tours in La Candelaria have lot of local artists, no big names here but they talks a lot about their social and cultural situation, so it's worth to spending some hours walking around with them. They're usually for free but a tip at the end is always great.

It was closed 5 days straight, always closed. so I knocked the day I was leaving and people living there were so kind to let me go in and take some pictures, there's a lot of nice walls to see.

Very close there's an impressive ERICAILCANE wall.
It's in the red light district, which is off limits during day as well. 
don't walk there. just get an Uber, take pics from the car and leave.

Will be there (Bogota) 28th-7th, with 3rd-5th in Cartagena.
Anything specific going on in that time anyone is aware of?
And for Cartagena (just decided to add this city) anything I shouldn't miss? Shops, art, etc...

If you are still there, be sure to go to Andres DC near Andino in Zona T. Great decor and typical Colombian food.
