A bit disappointing for me personally, as I'd be in the market for a studio edition of this image, but I think it's great overall that they price different releases for different budgets. It's awesome to see originals coming back too. One day I'll be able to spring for one...

But, yeah, I guess he has progressed to pot plants and mirrors. And they fly off the shelf, but not for artistic value, for name sake.
FAILE uses awesome paper, puts something on both sides, makes each of these a unique variant (yes yes yes, I get it, by just painting the backdrop white...but still). They hand pull the multiple colors, they even make different variants of the 250 edition prints. I think this is also a strong image. And most of the time they even include a couple of "candy stamp" prints to make it even more special for a few collectors.
Everyone on here complains about the hypebeast artist, then trash FAILE...I just don't get it. As you can see I really like FAILE. And no...I am not trying to hype them to flip them. I have 5 of their prints on my walls and another 4 in my queue for framing.
Also note...they make uniques and they make editions...and I don't think they only sell to their "vip". They also go to museums and they also try to help out struggling cities (Detroit anyone?).
Patrick and Patrick seem to know what they are doing and making a living off of it. I say kudos and keep it coming!!! And like Greyhound...one day I will own an OG...

Bubbles float on air currents, seemingly carried by unseen forces but this line referred to Storks, native to Strasbourg. This idea from the classical myth that โIf a stork is flying above your house, then a baby is on the way. If a baby has been born, that means a stork has flown to the underground lake where the souls of the dead have been reincarnated as babies. The stork has fished out a newborn, wrapped it in a sheet, and carried it back to your house.โ This image tried to convey the sense of hope and innocence in our collective dreams of fertility and family through the mythology of the storks. Water also a continuing theme.

Their work continues to excel. They have perfected the price points and there is something for every budget. Interesting exhibitions/new work.

The only thing that stopped me was the random colourways. I wanted the green but one or two of the colourways wouldnโt fit in with my interior, so didnโt want to risk it.

This. I will buy this on the secondary market and get the colorway I want. I like the image and I really like Faile. You get a QUALITY print for the money. How can you hate? I'm not trying to make money from this hobby. So I don't really care about it going up in value really.

Always been a fan of their work, just waiting for the right print to come along.
