Everyone here know how fragile is it's paper.

Worst condition Banksy print you've come across. , by andyroo0312 on Feb 28, 2019 20:12:07 GMT 1, I have seen a Rude Copper that had been folded in half and then taped to the back of a framed picture to keep it out of the way and out of sight as the owners mum was coming to stay for a while
The worst i have seen was a signed CND that was bought around release date and brought back to Sydney to be given as a gift. The gift never got given and it sat under the house next to a beer fridge in the laundry in the same tube it was in for the plane ride from the UK for 7yrs, in that time the laundry flooded 3 times and the local vermin had a feast until it became to mouldy even for them.

i trusted the seller - that was enough - back then.
Got home - checked it out and was rather disturbed by both pin marks .. blue tac and ... a score across the middle of the print... alas - got in touch with DD then BE at pow 'no , they were not sold like that !! '.
.. got back in touch with seller - sent it back and got most of my money back.
alas .. since then i often wonder what happened to the print as i now know a little bit more about restoration and that both issue were ... resolvable... that print is now worth > 20k.. and the seller... probably.. just bin'ed it.

Damaged and signed upside down, itโs still hanging many years later as it looks fantastic.

It was mint when I packaged and sent it but low and behold when it arrived they emailed me to say it had been folded across the grain, top to bottom and it was ruined with creases. They wanted their money back. Turns out I had recorded myself on video folding it correctly and sealing the print in the tube. Video was sent and he was never heard from again.
He was a nice chap so I suspect someone in his household opened the print for a look and returned it by rolling it up the wrong way. It's worth 60k in mint condition now.
I sold a Banksy to a buyer from here around a decade ago. . I did not notice the fading. I was more focused on the white specks on the black border (printing imperfections).

5 years ago i bought this on here sub 2k and was just so appalled that they said it was mint and it wasnt..
i sent it back paying for postage, lost the cuurency conversion on the pay and refund when if i had half a brain any decent restorer could have fixed this easy..
