Worst condition Banksy print you've come across. , by Inknart on Mar 8, 2019 19:28:29 GMT 1, I think anyone would have sent that back at the time. Nobody knows what the future market will be. If I sat here and looked back 5 years at all of the KAWS Toys/Prints/4' Companion I sold I could dwell for a lifetime.

Worst condition Banksy print you've come across. , by aki on Mar 8, 2019 20:49:43 GMT 1, I doubt these are frame marks, more like printing imperfections. The GR print is notorious for having printing irregularities: urbanartassociation.com/thread/31239/grin-reaper-print-qualityRumour has it that the black used for GR contains tar and which I'd imagine is more difficult to work with than traditional inks. Here's another example of a GR black border with imperfections
They could be marks where the rest of the print has faded from the light, but the covered bit retained the original colour. However that would mean the signature would have been covered aswell?
You win, correct on all counts. Inside print faded from cheap frame. Signature was covered by mount because in 2006 it didnโt matter much. It was some sort of tar on the outside, the black stayed the same colour, didnโt fade at all. As far as the chips in the black I canโt say I notice them until it was mentioned. The buyer wasnt bothered or canโt have seen them. I did drop the price by 15% of the going rate for the fading.

Not a mint condition for ยฃ44K...
At least mine's doesn't have this kind of value... This way I can keep it without freaking out with all this hype...
Love the image and the damage doesn't bother me... And I have some pretty cool story to tell...
