We have a new kitchen (picture below!) we are having a magazine come and take some photos. The chairs that are in there are very old from M&S. So you started with a great choice the Eames DCW
Myself I am also a huge fan of the Harry Bertoia Side Chairs, as you can get creative with the colors on the padding.
As well as the Eero Saarinen Tulip Chairs (I would go two with arms, two without). Endless options to choose from and much cheaper than these dependent on your budget. Just dive into the designers you CHAIRish the most and I'm sure you will find your answer

I was curious about that initial run of 300 means. So according to Charlotte from ICA there will be a second run of these. It is not yet decided if the design stays the same or not.

Dan Hussey, a craftman from UK, working with wood from his neighborhood.
Loved them so much that i ordered 4 and made them shipped to South of France. All the family enjoy them 4 times a day since then and i hope my grand children will and so on..

haha, thanks! It's actually my best friend's who also collects (he's not on this forum though)... We bought the fabric roll off of Parra's store a few years ago and had a local tailor sew it for us. Has zippers and everything, came out great! We have enough do to the foot stool, just need to finish.

I got a green Vico Magistretti Vicario by Artemide off the 'bay for under ยฃ100! total steal.
And a Howard Keith Kohinoor also off the 'bay for under ยฃ100
I'd really like to get a Roma chair by Marco Zanini but thats definitely gunna be a bit more than ยฃ100!

Very little space so looking for something quite narrow with a lot of visible space under the seat (as much as Iโd love a nice big chesterfield wingback theyโre just too bulky).

Ive got 3 at home and they are by far the most comfortable chairs we have (and we have a couple of eames lounge chairs, Wegner wishbone chairs and Barcelona chairs (which are not comfortable but look great)

Loved the shape of it, could tell it was Scandinavian, but the condition was terrible - foam rotted and mouldy, wood heavily damaged, castors missing etc. I took time to restore it all myself over a few weeks; re-stained and varnished, new old stock fabric, new castors (hella expensive!!). Couldn't 100%fix the hydraulici lift mechanism, but managed to get it moving most ways. Never done that kind of project before, but really enjoyed the challenge and very happy with the results Perfect office chair. As found:   and as restored...Perfect, goes well with the other mid-century furniture we have...

Hope to replace it one day with a Papa Bear....
