thank you for your answer my friend ! It seems that the record day store is not anymore hyped ( I remember some threads about, and I donโt antes to find a subject without anymore plush : as the vinyls under the sharp diamonds ;-)

The record Store day 2019, by settingson on Apr 12, 2019 21:59:22 GMT 1, There are a few I would like but it's got a bit out of hand with all the re-releases and now seems more like a money making exercise for the record companies rather than a celebration of the vinyl itself. With the queues starting at the shops the night before I won't bother with it tomorrow and will gradually pick up the ones that I can after the rush, although tbh this year there isn't a lot I'm too keen to get hold of. The Specials and Idles I would like but will probably sell out quick but Graham Parker, The Redskins and The Alarm I'm sure I can pick up at a later date.

Not impressed this year either, a lot of soundtracks which are just not my thing.

Ooh, didn't know about the Otis Redding live album. I'll be looking for that.
I'm also an admitted Sublime fan, having picked up 2 of their past vinyls on RSD. I'm not sure I'll go for their release this year, though. I guess it all depends on how much it costs.

Can't be bothered to wait in the queue to get in and then again at the till to get out! And the only release I want to get my hands on, Gaz Coombes 'Live In Paris' EP, isn't even available in America. It shouldn't be too hard to get my hands on it once the frenzy has passed and they put what's left up on the internet. I rarely listen to live albums but I've got everything he has ever put out with Supergrass or solo so... He's putting it out, I'm buying it! Now that I think of it, the same thing happened a couple of years ago with Anna Calvi putting out 'Live at Meltdown' and I bought it for the exact same reason. I'm beginning to see a pattern here... |

I bought this one( a 7 inch ), Unik sessions, pressed in live in one shot, with one of the best woman singer ever Angelique Kidjo.. Bought it 7 euors, someone proposed me 300 euros 5 hours after ! yeps !
The two songs are fabulous.
I got Idles - Would have liked the Lost in Translation OST but missed out I can have a look on it, I saw it and it's not very asked in France...
