Stephen Walter Now on Blind Angle, by pezlow on Aug 17, 2007 9:30:45 GMT 1, Is he the guy who used to draw the hundreds and hundreds of tiny images all together. I remember seeing one of broccoli and turkey twizzlers and then another of speed cameras and signs. If so this is a complete and interesting change of direction...

Stephen Walter Now on Blind Angle, by Blind Angle on Aug 17, 2007 9:44:19 GMT 1, Hi Pezlow
Yes it is the same guy! Stehpen's work is very varied. Over the last couple of years Stephen's incredibly detailed (and often very big) drawings of urban symbols have gotten a lot of attention and these are sold through outlets such as Eyestorm and the Drawing Gallery.
Having known Stephen personally for almost ten years and followed his work we have decided to focus on some of his lesser known and a bit older work, mainly screenprints and digitally printed photomontages of urban motifs.
cheers

I used to live in Southgate, so that one would be cool to have but a bit pricey, love the tube station "way out" work. If it was cheaper I'd have had one of those too.. some great work, looks stunning next to some of the other stuff on the site.

Stephen Walter Now on Blind Angle, by Blind Angle on Aug 17, 2007 11:08:20 GMT 1, Hi Guys
I am very happy that you like the prints.
I appreciate that you find the prints pricy, but that said they are big and very low edition. Also we are interested in and will respond to any offers you might want to give.
Blind Angle does not take any commision on selling Stephen's work.
cheers

Just triple the edition and divide the price by 3.
Looking forward to seeing the Jef Aerosol work in September.

Stephen Walter Now on Blind Angle, by goffy on Aug 18, 2007 14:23:42 GMT 1, I missed out on Suburban Isles from Eyestorm as I didn't appreciate it until I saw it at the Royal Academy. I hoping to get his next one though.
