Banksy In New Orleans, by rebate on May 30, 2019 18:01:16 GMT 1, I dont know, you go to the trouble of painting a mural about people asset stripping society, and some wank real estate peddler steals it, hides it away for ages, then rolls it out with the tag line "a long-lost Banksy stencil back on public view"
riddle in an enigma funded by a cunt.

Then when the future of the building was in question and dilapidated, before he sold it he removed the piece which was already destroyed from taggers. He then had it worked on for a few years to bring it back to life. Since he has had it on display on the street in New Orleans where he showed some films about graffiti and had a respectable spanned of artists on hand to discuss and answer questions for the crowd. FREE event, no gain for him. He is now bringing it back out to display for free at his hotel. Yes of course this will draw some business. I am 100% ok with that. I could be wrong, but nothing I have seen locally (New Orleans news) about this guy or anything surrounding this art screams cunt to me.

Banksy In New Orleans, by jbelleit on May 31, 2019 13:21:45 GMT 1, I am pretty sure the only Banksy left in NOLA is on the corner of Jackson and Rousseau (grey ghost and stick figure). It's on the side of an old firehouse but it is behind a fence and the owner put up plexiglass to prevent anyone from damaging it. NOLA (rain) is no longer there as a completely new building sits on the former site.
Well...again all the Banksy's are gone but the one.

I live in New Olreans and have been the person taking care of Rain Girl for the last 7 years. There is also one other existing piece still, bringing the total on the street to 3... Plus the one the hotel owner in question has. See my post a few moments up for links to it all.

Where is the 3rd existing piece?

If you go passed Lee Circle down Saint Charles, when you get to the Popeyes make a right. It is a block or two up at the corner of Carondelet.
