I started getting a bad headache looking at H6 honestly. These could either look amazing or tacky as hell.
I really think you need to see these in person before buying them. I'm sure they will do well either way.

Yeah, I was never too keen on how they looked close up. If these have a glossy finish they may look better with richer colours.

Glad I never pulled the trigger then, although some with the diamond dust would have looked pretty good I'd imagine.

THE ASPECTS
HENI Editions are delighted to announce a new edition by Damien Hirst. This edition, titled โThe Aspectsโ, is available from Fondation Beyeler, Basel.
Hirst began using butterflies in his work in 1989. Describing the image of the butterfly as a 'universal trigger', he has explained: "Everyoneโs frightened of glass, everyoneโs frightened of sharks, everyone loves butterflies." Hirst started using butterflies in this way in 2001 after he found a Victorian tea tray decorated with intricate patterns of butterfly wings. 'The Aspects' feature images of intricately arranged wings (there are no real butterflies in the work).
The works are about the spiritual symbolism of the butterfly, which was used by the Greeks to depict Psyche, the soul, and in Christian imagery to signify the resurrection. The perfect symmetry plays with light, colour and beauty as presented in Gothic stained glass windows and the circular patterns of mandalas.
