Serpentine, Heni and Fondation Beyeler are 3 totally separate organisations.

However hours before the official email, the enquiry buttons were active on Foundation Beyerlers website. If you can still secure an edition this late, there musn't be much demand. Aargh, first I got an email asking to confirm my invoice details, then I got that that as well. Now I fear I'm at the bottom of the pile submitting a form 5 days late, despite getting in there super early with an email. It wouldn't be a proper Heni release without the obligatory scattiness / emotional rollercoaster.
Order/time of enquire does not really matter. FB is only collecting the enquires and passing them on to Heni. Heni will contact the purchasers after some sort of “screening.” Former customers might expect some degree of “institutional kindness.” The all process won’t be fast - expect 1-2 months for this to clear.

I doubt they’ll refund you. But I’m sure at worst you will receive an unsigned edition. That’s what the website was selling.
