Thats cool, people that wait will have something rare rather than mass produced just because it sells. It can be tough waiting for commisions, but thats what happens when artists have lots of interest, and dont want to flood their market. I guess most collectors have no issue with that, as its in their interest.
Plenty up and comers that could and would love to sort you out a pile of work in a heartbeat, if you wanted it.
