Yep I would say there will be plenty of them. I don't think I will grab one, but I do like the vest image on the vinyl.

Too much a business on universal music, records etc : all big bands or singers has now their own merchandising..

No Banksy is not name checked, but yes that is a Banksy on a Stormzy album put out by Warner, the three names alone would suggest no one would mess with image rights (even if copyright is/ was for losers!).
A big step up from the unofficial postcards from Warhol vs Banksy and the like and a big step up from an unauthorized dirty funker cover/ banksy years coveer/ hot chile/ anarchist cover/ DJ DM cover and people are paying truck loads for them.
Save your money, get a great Banksy image with Glastonbury back story for £25.
