In case this is an underhand attempt to authenticate via message board, the feedback you'll receive here will be wholly inadequate in offering the level of reassurance a potential buyer would seek about who created the piece. High risk for such a buyer, to the point of being foolhardy.
What I see in the photograph is a (very-easily-copied) spraypaint-stencilled image of a rodent with a parachute — which would never receive authentication from the only entity that counts, i.e. Pest Control Office.

Scale looks too small and stencil too clean. It’s a copy of one of his pieces though.

Details are closely guarded of its origins...(why wouldn't they be?) but Shoreditch has been mentioned.
