This thread is great! Agree with the original post given our dollar itโs so hard to get release pieces at decent pricing then factor in shipping and import taxes. Maybe we should start a messenger group or Facebook page. Keen for an Australians only forum though!
Live in Queensland west of Brisbane in Ipswich. Currently spending most of my life in Perth, Western Australia thanks to covid so missing queensland and my dog a lot.
Collect art and skateboards, currently collect mainly Ben frost, Martin Whatson, Sandra Chevrier, Mr Mint, Matt Gondek, Andre Saraiva, Hama Woods, Paul Insect and DFace hit me up if anyone else collects and of these.

Sounds like a great collection. I'd love a Dface and I'm always checking to see what Ben Frost is releasing - still waiting for something that I truly love though.

Has anyone been to Roneโs exhibition Time in Flinders Street Station, is it worth a look? I went and enjoyed it. Iโd never been upstairs at Flinders St, after hearing about it for years, so it was just as much about seeing the old building as the exhibition for me. The design of the rooms was amazing both in regards to physical objects as well as sound. From others I know who went, they agreed generally but having seen Rone before said that the painting was the same old thing theyโd him do in the past. |

Couldnโt fault the staff at Revs though, they were awesome and were kind enough to give me a tour of all the other artists work in there. Iโd only ever been on the weekends, which gets a little loose, so would definitely recommend a mid week visit to take a look around.

But thousands of people will go anyway. ๐
