There was a thread with a photo of one. I cannot find it to do a comparison. I did not think that the paper was that thin. I wasn't aware that the tube was tagged either.

Must have been sooooo good buying original prints back in the day. My question is, with a budget of £2k, what are some good Banksy entry point item/s you would advise me to get? eBay seems littered with all sorts of Banksy stuff. Very tough to know where to start!

Either way I think the gift prints really were miserable. Considering the brilliant staff knew they were in for a print getting one of these must have been deflating.

1. The seller - listing multiple “originals” which are clearly fakes
2. The signature is off
3. I don’t believe there were any commercial available prints gifted with a heart. Certain prints have been dedicated with personal messages but the ones I have seen are always part of the numbered run and usually PC will authenticate these. There are gift prints that PC won’t authenticate but this is not one.
4. The value - The reason this won’t be authenticated is because it’s fake. Why would anyone sell a print worth £50k for £8.5k.

Yeah saw this one - the signature is terrible.
There's no fluidity or speed about the way it's been written. Looks very measured and slow...exactly what you'd expect when someone is trying really hard to copy something.
