His buildinggs really exist, they remind of threecities architectures (Gdansk, Sopot, Gyynia) in north of Poland, on the shores of baltic sea. Where M-city was born and raised.
Cut out stencils showing factories, buildings, vehicles and people placed in the surrounding municipal area. In all cases, black and white aesthetic is clearly visible. You can find m-city in UK, Poland, Germany, Brazil, Italy, Spain and in many other places all over the world.

This stuff by M-City really reminds me of the conceptual projects of the futurist Sant'Elia, where the architecture was all about industry, production, technology, with huge factory-like buildings dominating the landscape. Although, to be fair, there is definitely some cross-over in the theory, with both movements holding values of, and arguably contributing to the development of modernism.
