I entered a free drawings giveaway by Hayden Kays on Instagram the other day and was delighted to find out yesterday that I’d been drawn as a winner. I think the last thing I won was a bottle of cheap Cava in a bottle stall during my primary school years and that wasn’t yesterday!! 







Anyway, he did not hang around in sending them on to me and they’ve arrived today. A veritable bundle of goodies. Predictably, I am more than pleased. Such a great artist, wickedly funny and someone I’ve been keen to land a few pieces by so this was an unexpected delight. 
















Now...does anyone have any recommendations as to where I can get a decent quality perspex(/acrylic?) dollar bill stand so I can display it? Not wholly keen on spending a couple of hundred float mounting it.

Changes in Nature

So I got a hold of a note holder for the bank note Hayden Kays very kindly sent me as part of my winnings. I’m sharing mostly because I think I found a pretty decent acrylic holder for very little money. I ordered it directly from the company, Plexico who are UK based. They also sell them via Amazon and eBay but it’s a few quid cheaper direct from them and free shipping available. Total cost = £9.16. Not going to be it’s permanent home but just a nearby spot for the photo.
