So i just reread a bunch of the instagram comments and so much of what is being said is so nonsensical.
- yes it is a high price for a show poster. Out of curiosity what do the old banksy posters go for these days?
- people bemoaning the fact that it is not numbered or signed. I own/owned a shit ton of kaws non numbered and non signed toys over the years. I also made a lot of money selling said toys lol.
- folks saying there is no way to authenticate. Well, newsflash, until recently there was no way to authenticate anything. Well at one point there was a fakeable hologram on some medicom packaging. To my knowledge Kaws doesnโt authenticate any of his prints, so why this anger over the possibility of counterfeits?

I'm not a KAWS fan, but JLP charging $450 for what was a free poster is kinda messed up. It's not even an offset....

Fair point on POW keeping the price the same, however that should be directed at the beautiful losers not JLG, as TBL is selling these through the gallery.
