Anarchist with mum was my favourite painting at the Bristol Museum show; I agree, I would have been a superb print.

I'd rather have west country prince than the likes of Grant Champkins-Howard and Lee Parker who duped a lot on here with fake monkey queen's and bomb huggers etc. This fake eBay stop and search only highlights buying pitfalls. At least you know what your getting with the wcp.

If Dolk had carried on with his print releases that were regular, every couple of months, I think he could have seriously challenged Banksy at the top.

I think his new work is leagues ahead of anything he did previously, similar concept rooted in vandalism but far more engaging, he has a natural understanding of aesthetics that I think meant he'd never be happy with stencils. He lost faith in the form long before he quit, I guess the grey blocks buffing his own work were a signal of things to come. |
