NGV reduced the shipping costs like crazy... only $41.00 AUD for a puzzle to Germany now.

This is more a kick in the butt for those who ordered a few days earlier and had to pay like 125 AUD (it was something like this) for shipping only. I have ordered a few postcards and they arrived damaged as well and they shipped like 2 month after my order.

Any thought on how to preserve the colors over time, guessing these will fade from sun? Enough with uv-glass or will you use some varnish?

I bought a print from artspace a few years ago and it stated on the site that all import fees were included. I then had a ยฃ60 bill from FedEx, so phoned them up to explain these fees should be paid by artspace. Without any hesitation they said I could pay just half the bill, but I refused it and emailed artspace, who then paid it all.
So yeah, if you're not happy about the amount they're charging, let them know.

TNT charges a ยฃ20 admin fee, way higher than any other courier company I'm aware of. They don't tell you before delivery, but send you an invoice a week or so later, saying they've paid all the charges on your behalf and now you owe them, not only the import duties but their arbitrary fee. I have no contract with TNT - NGV employed them, not me - so their admin fee is not enforceable. I didn't ask them to pay my import duties in advance. I didn't ask them to do anything. You can't insist someone pay a fee they haven't agreed to, after you've completed your work. Imagine if every time you had post delivered, two weeks later you got an invoice saying, 'There's actually an extra ยฃ10 you owe us for that delivery, we've decided'.
If TNT had said they'd deliver my ยฃ45 parcel but only after I pay them an additional ยฃ40, I'd have refused and told them to return it so I could be refunded. They know that would probably happen a lot, so they charge you after.
N.B. I have never and would never refuse to pay the import fees.
