But I'm looking for someone local because I don't want to incur the additional cost of round trip shipping/insuring and of course I don't want to wait a long time on top for Bignell's services.
Based on my own research, seems like Martina Yamin and JD Conservation are two options. Not sure if anyone has dealt with them here and can offer feedback (PM if necessary).

I used to use poster mountain, but this last time I wanted to have a piece re-flattened and they wanted $225 plus another $75 to ship it back down south and also said it would be $90 every additional hour they had to work on it if it need be.
