I bought a photograph with hard-earned money because I loved the art of Lazarides. She arrived damaged and it has been almost two months that I wait for my requests to be taken into account .... thank you mister Lazarides for taking care of the little people ...

The waiting feeling is fine, kind of, it was fine, since the announcement for a book to come, waiting to hear when it was going to be released, waiting for 7 pm for trying to order amongst the fifty first, waiting for it to be delivered for Christmas, ok waiting through holidays.. waiting... waiting, is it even on it’s way? Waiting for a reply.. no reply.. I don’t even want that book no more. Honestly, just crap customer service on his end while he sits there and gloats second edition is sold out with more on the way, with winners being notified and gifts being sent to those Monday, but I haven't even recieved my book and can't get a response. Laz: Get yours**t together mate! Your customer service iss**t. At least give an update to those who bought it on release that haven't received it.
It seems to be the norm in this art "world". Quick to take your money, but after that, the customer service is non-existent. Not everyone is like that but a lot. Not good to treat your customers like shit.

I got the second book for free today. Both are first edition...

It was important for me to have something to open on Christmas, since it’s only me and minime that we know here in Suomi and I didn’t want my mini feel bad that I didn’t get any gifts. Yes, he kind of believes in Santa, at least he believes I got friends. Or that gifts just appear magically if you have behaved nicely.  Who needs friends if you have minime .
I have a little gift still wrapped in Christmas paper. Its not a big gift but its the thoughts that count.
