That logic makes sense for correctly awarding the tenners but is unnecessarily complex for awarding the print.
Laz is simply awarding the print to Shopify order #1969.

Not as crap as Phaidon that cancelled JR signed book ( and they dare to offer in replacement an unsigned one ! ) 3 weeks after the sale.

No reply on that email, still no book. Is this ok? Seriously I have paid 55 pounds, over seven weeks ago? 55 pounds is one third of what I got left after I have paid only my rent. This sum of money is an enormous sum for me in December as a single parent. Really f** ck you Laz for bragging that you sold 25 000 books. But doesn’t care for looking after your customers.

I bought a photograph with hard-earned money because I loved the art of Lazarides. She arrived damaged and it has been almost two months that I wait for my requests to be taken into account .... thank you mister Lazarides for taking care of the little people ...
