I very much doubt heโd be photocopying tenners. They would look like fakes and be called out as such.
I imagine he has plenty left. And will continue to sell what he has whilst demand persists. Why shouldnโt he.
I donโt think these are scarce (see well known briefcase photo).
As for the coa, well, itโs not as good as a PC coa for sure. But they wonโt be issued for tenners. So this, or good provenance, is as good as youโll get. As such tenners with a Laz coa or good provenance will always carry a premium.
I canโt see why any of this should be either surprising or controversial.
