He'll sell his art through Pest Control. He's taking the reigns of his career entirely and obviously is in a good enough place that he doesn't need to have a primary gallery calling the shots.
Put a different way, Pest Control = Banksy's gallerist. They'll be able to put on exhibitions themselves, they can determine what outlets will be secondary dealers (maybe POW/Laz still, maybe everything will go through PC, who knows)

Buying them / flipping them from now on will be a different matter though. Maybe a pest control Faile style lottery or something. Maybe no more prints at all!
A serious kick in the balls for POW. They have sold many crappy over priced prints in the last 2 years due to having Banksy on the books.
