well its pretty obvious they are never coming out. they are not coming out ever. i dont get why people are still talking about it 3 years later.
their was provenance problems with them, too many unsigned.
unless you have been on a different planet, you will notice banksy does not do unsigned runs anymore and wont be bringing anymore out. which means tata to the unsigned

The authentication form on Pest Control is the same as the one on POW. I had two Banksy prints authenticated by Pest Control and on both occasions I was contacted by Dora.

I've had practically zero dealings with POW but when I have had the cause to I've found them to be ultra efficient and professional.
Perhaps there's reason why Pest Control will handle this from now on. Tax? Administration? Banksy is practically an industry on his own so perhaps a decision was made due to this?
Wasn't the lease expiring on Willow St? Perhaps they broke away due to structural reasons?

I can't imagine Pest control now setting up a ecommerce site when POW have one (well sort off when its not over loaded), why bother when the same people own each company? Unless I'm missing something its more of a dig at vermin? Why change something when its not broken (ish)?

I took this as a dig but could be wrong. Also what's a bit odd is POW in their last email but don't expect any release from us soon as we're in Mexico looking for new artists. Again the usual ambiguous tone. But I'm sure there one and the same and it would be a pain in the arse to convert the basic PC site is written in such a way that suggest there on a server that can service CMS or ecommerce at the moment anyhow.
But heres looking forward to finding out more :-)

Pest Control COA โข Banksy Print Authentication, by cutty on May 1, 2009 22:22:48 GMT 1, Someone knows more than they're letting on  that's interesting. i just checked out the site and realised that they had this on there...  which i remember seeing on ebay, didn't know if it was a fake or not but remember thinking it was actually a genuinely funny street sign rather than the usual s**t fakes, i did give up bidding at the point at which i would be gutted to lose the money if it was a fake. will be interesting to see if there are any genuine connections with the main man. also the site has been updated today and says... "We're about to enter an exciting month for the project, with some rather big things to be unveiled."

They do not share a roof and they have different staff. Just checked again Shareholders are: B Hudd - 5 shares J Hewlett - 67 shares S Lazarides - 18 shares S Parkin - 10 shares As for Directors...the only listed Director is Simon Durban in the "event history" the following is listed: 30/07/2007 Stephen Lazarides Has Left The Board 16/01/2007 Stephanie Warren Has Resigned As Company Secretary 16/01/2007 New Company Secretary (simon Durban) Appointed even so SL has "left the board" he still retains his shareholding, he probably has less to do with PoW on a day-to-day basis in this case, but still has an interest.
To be honest i don't really care who owns what, Banksy is making a smart move and it's just natural progression imo ,but pow please just email me before your drop the new Banksy
