Not convinced, nor am i a legal mind, however if they reached out to offer royalties they knew they should not be producing without permission, and simply went ahead doing it anyway. Perhaps Banksy earns more than their company, but he is the artist and entitled to restrict the copying of his work as he sees fit.

At any rate I'm sure the closing will be well publicized in the moment and you'd not waste a trip. |

This would then lead to them having full control of the Banksy trademark.
