Correct. With other COAs with PC I've sent the details in, they authenticate and email back with a payment link. Paying via that link releases the COA.

no, it says date of purchase for coa. You are confusing two different sections.

It’s really simple
I am confident this post will make zero difference to the number of inane and useless posts coming to this thread over the coming months but here goes
1. COAs will not be sent automatically
2. Do not Apply until 30 days after the 2 year anniversary of your purchase date
3. COAs take 12-24 months to arrive
4. Do not hack, chase or pester, your request will have been registered, just wait.
It really is that simple

Queue the useless reply’s
