It seems quite unlike him. It positions him as a regular family man, the way he says 'the kids'..

It was suspected on here he'd had a kid around 2011 after he cryptically painted the Sperm Alarm in London (Victoria) and then was very quiet for a year or so.
It might be misdirection, but it would've been just as easy to say he'd got 'some kids' to paint the crockery. There's so few other details like this I can think of that he's ever given away about himself.

I got this for free it's only fair I donate 10 percent of the proceeds to a charity similar to that of Banksy has opened this store raising money for which is for refugees crossing the Mediterranean. Banksy was forced to open this homeware store following a legal dispute involving a greeting cards company, and wanted to donate the money to a good cause.

I would consider this a masterpiece for Banksy and probably his most sought after work so far... I was actually thinking it would hammer anywhere from 25 to 50 Koons and Kaws markets are propped up by the super collectors. (Kaws by the Murakami connection and Koons via the support of people like the Mugrabes.) After the collapse of the grafitti art market in the 80s there's remains a mistrust of street art amongst the super collectors though that may now be about to change. Banksy has carved his own path so while it may take a little while longer to hit the nosebleed results, his long-term market will be far stronger for it.
The Mugrabi family also had a hand in KAWS' steep price rise. They approached Laz about getting on board with Banksy ten years ago but he turned them down.

I’ve been through the CH beta listings, I dont think theres anything to it. His name is all over the various Banksy related companies and it seems they have now appointed J. Holdsworth as CoSec of most of them.
There are numerous articles online where people have already scoured all of the CH info in previous years. Theres nothing too sexy in it other than that J. Hewlett owns all of the POW shares and POW owns GDP.

Reminds me of the Trade show poster, once Banksy realised they were in high demand, he stuck up a high res image for download and printing for free.

Def has kids ( I'm thinking a girl and boy, boy being older), Also has a older sister. Has a dog. and is vegetarian. Additionally, there is a scene in exit through the gift shop that I belive is filmed at Banksy house with a trampoline. He def is a big fan of frozen (the movie). Which unless you have kids, you would probally skip. but once you see it, you are amazed.
