He has also said he intends to buy a migrant rescue boat. I'm not sure if he'll be able to do that by underselling his editioned works

Hope it is lottery for everything. At least that gives everyone an equal shot. And if he limited how many things you could enter the lottery for, wealthier people would surely go for the higher priced items, which would have fewer lottery entrants.
