Went for a simple white frame as most of my other frames are white and I like the pictures blending into the background walls.

Flower thrower is next, and will also do it in white as it's a big picture and a black frame will make it too heavy imho.

Can it actually be flattened out?

I think the answer is no... but I’m guessing you can’t get a COA from PC or anyone reputable for these to weed out counterfeits from genuine?

I received today my GDP rat print that I was able to acquire from one of the members of this zany forum and I’d like to say how incredibly grateful to this good man for selling me something totally fantastic and for not ripping me off. He even included his parking ticket time stamped and everything. So now we have provenance. As I expressed to him (abet poorly) this is so important to me. Thank you. I owe you a debt and am in awe! (You know who you are).
It seems I have missed out on so much for over a decade: either I was in the wrong place at the wrong time, I didn’t have the resources (economic) or I was just not very lucky. I don’t want to sound fatalistic, but I didn’t want to die never having something created by this wonder voice of my generation. This artist who I identify with and the voice he has. But now I have something that is very cool and very important (to me). I can’t thank him enough.
A quick observation. The quality of the work is superb, even though the paper is super thin and off-white. Im surprised it is a “stencil” as the detail must have made cutting the dang thing out tedious. There is definitely an “embossed” feel to it where you can see where the image is almost like a watermark on the obverse. Like the ink distorted the paper or the bread in conjunction with the ink “embossed” the paper with the wet and pressure. I am hoping the paper doesn’t have a high acid content, but I would guess it might. Thus as time goes by the paper will yellow and eventually become brittle and crumble. I intend to matte is on special acid free matting paper that helps slow the aging process, and place it under UV protection glass, hung away from direct sunlight.

wait ... I was kinda joking when I said you were going to dry mount it. This is not the recommended way to deal with art that you want to look after. In fact it's the very worst most irreversible thing you can possibly do to it.

Mine's still in the folder. I'm determined to get it on the wall soon, but I'm still baffled as to the best way to display it.

Never seen it done but I believe it’s a standard thing to do with precious cinema posters and preserves the value.
