As far as I'm aware, there will be no signed posters. That's just a standard option.
The posters are limited to 60 odd thousand & will be included within the free magazine packs distributed within London, Brighton, Manchester, Bristol, Leeds, Nottingham & Sheffield.

I think years ago you could buy posters on the site (not sure about THESE particular ones), but never heard of signed ones.
I'm pretty sure that, as has already been said, that link is just to a gallery of the posters that have come free with the pack (normally with a massive advert on the other side!).

to clear things up:
as far as im aware you wont be able to get the posters online as you normally can from dont panic. normally they release a poster a month which you can buy very limited signed or limited unsigned. the packs are not sold online. dont panic have just updated there site and thats why the shop is coming soon, shop has always been there. i was told the poster wont be available online but maybe they will put them online a limited number like they normally do with their other posters but thats me speculating. i think the packs are free, but dont count me on it, as im studying graphic design i follow dont panic sometimes but i have never got one of their packs.
