Are you based outside of the UK? Normally you will receive another mail coming from FedEx with delivery details.

My experience was receiving the mat via Flight Logistics and then the tracking information about a week later.
It was pretty quick and unexpected when the courier dropped it off. I’m UK based.

My brother-in-law also had his delivered by RM but they left it outside at the side of his bins with a a card through the door!

this round comes wrapped in a poly mailer to protect your cardboard box.
In edition
they put a small sticker about 1 in wide that has 4 digits. these 4 digits represent the mat number on the tag of the mat. they are at over 3K now.

It was above the Address label on mine the address label also conations your order #. address label is different then the shipping label. Not sure about you, but it might be a good idea to keep this packaging just incase you ever decide to sell it.

Its such a pity. I mean they are made here in Greece so I really don't understand why I have to pay that much extra... It should be around 13% from the research I have done but with these companies and the extra handling fees they put on top one never knows!

Same here...I never know what to expect from the customs...I got sometimes lucky ,sometimes not.
But in the end it is worth it for the Welcome Mat ... I am very happy to get it

Had to send in the invoice / payment confirmation and sign a few papers. Just received the notification that the custom process is finished. |
